Big Brother Mzansi seems to get more and more interesting by the day.  Following Vanessa’s eviction and the quarrel between couple Jase and Kat we couldn’t wait to find out who Jase was going to save this week; as well as whose head he would be placing on the chopping-block as a possible nominee for eviction.  The eviction nominations last night included Kgosi, Poolie, Sol, Mzamo and the man himself, Jase.  Now as the head of house, Jase obviously saved himself and had to choose amongst the girls who he was going throw under the bus. Unfortunately (or fortunately!) his love, Kat, won immunity for this week- so she is safe. 

As the rest of South Africa waited anxiously to find out what the green-eyed Durbanite decision was going to be, many were not impressed with the youngest member of the house. Through our scanning of social media comments it is clear that Jase had messed with the wrong girl, Iris! Jase chose Iris to be nominated for eviction and boy, did #TeamIris lose it!  Many Iris followers vowed to vote until the last minute for their “Kasi” chick. They even went as far as sending warning shots to Jase when he gets nominated for eviction the next time around.   We honestly didn't see this coming because earlier in the evening Jase was seen confiding to Iris about the Kat situation.

A housemate who was caught in the cross-fire between team Iris and team Jase was mime man, sorry, we mean Poolie who was warned to enjoy his last days in the Big Brother House because there was no way he was staying another week in there.  Basically, what they were saying is, "Poolie you’re cute but you hardly talk and you’re not entertaining at all, so uit is Jy! "
