Last weeks’ proceedings in the Oscar Pistorius murder trial gave us plenty to discuss. We had the pathologist, Gert Saayman, ask for broadcast to be banned; we had Darren Fresco come up and ‘stab’ Oscar in the back; there was plenty to indulge. We brought in our Oscar Trial commentator, Kgomotso Meso of Kaya FM, to give us her take on last week’s proceedings.
What we saw last week during the Oscar Trial was a horrible rendition of Bad Boys . Oscar and Fresco are like a poor man’s Martin Lawrence and Will Smith.
Forget the looks, do you not see the similarities? These guys carry guns wherever they go; they are competent gun-owners and their temper is particularly on the higher side of the scale.
On top of that, Darren Fresco drives at a ridiculous speed of 260km/h! While that is happening a shot is fired through the sunroof. It almost seems like these guys are on a film set. Not only do the pair fit the comparison, but it seems like nobody told them that they are not on a film set.
Oscar Pissedtorius, as Fresco described him, was losing his mind when a cop, a man of the law touched his firearm. Unbelievable! Fresco also got so annoyed that he proceeded to scrunch up the fine that was issued to him
The question is, who is Will and who is Martin if these wackos are SA’s version of “Bad Boys”. We now know that Oscar is definitely Will Smith because he apparently pays the bill all the time … As Will would say, “Its all in the Benjamins baby!”
Meanwile, Barry Roux is always saying the most amazing things in court. A statement that caught my eye was when he mentioned that the Colonel’s unnatural position might be Oscar’s natural position.
How special is Oscar? He screams like a girl- hits in unnatural positions and he can shoot on stumps but cannot hit on his stumps. It’s rather peculiar
After that exchange we advanced into Sweat1000 mode. My goodness, the Colonel was up, down, squatting swinging, step 1 into the box step 2 back at the door trying to prove his point, it was quite entertaining.
I feel a Kwaito Song coming up… Fenqe Fenqe pakka Maybe?
Don't forget, you can follow the rest of the Oscar Pistorius case here and we'll be pushing all the latest updates throughout the week!
