McCollet Artist Management alongside Iman Cosmetics Africa has announced Khanya Mkangisa as the new brand ambassador for their cosmetics range, joining FHM model Adele Segal. We are extremely proud that IMAN Cosmetics has chosen Khanya to represent their brand for the next twelve months; we trust that this is the beginning of a long and fruitful relationship.
ZAlebs caught up with Khanya to ask her about this great opportunity and tp find out what her first reaction was when she was given the fab news!
“The press release only went out yesterday, but I’d known for a week by then and funnily enough, when I heard that I was going to be one of the IMAN ambassadors I did actually scream! I was really excited and ready to take on this new challenge I’ve been presented.”
As an IMAN ambassador Khanya will be involved in activations that involve meet and greets at different malls all across the country. Young and old women will be given the platform to enquire about the IMAN product and any skincare related questions they might have for the ambassadors.
“It’s a huge honour to be chosen as an IMAN ambassador. IMAN is a pioneer and I hope to inspire women young and old to find their own inner beauty in order for it to radiate externally. I’m truly humbled and words can’t even begin to express the amount of joy I have in my heart."
Khanya has most recently featured as the leading lady on Intersexions season 2 and recently joined the cast of Mzansi Magic’s new soapie, Zabalaza.
Since she began acting on Zabalaza Khanya also mentioned that she’s been receiving so much positive feedback from the public and hopes that the soapie will open up more opportunities for her in the future.
