Khanyi Mbau is the latest celebrity to become the victim of an identity scam.
This time around, criminals have used the TV personality’s name to sell beauty products on social media.
Khanyi says she was notified of a “terrible scam” going around Facebook, asking women to spend big bucks on the skin and facial products.
But Khanyi urged fans to be careful of the business deals as she would never sell things on social media.
“Please don’t fall for this; don’t send your money to anyone. It is a scam!” she said in a video on Instagram.
