K.O has made it clear that he meant no harm when he took to social media to react about not being nominated for a Metro FM Music award this year.
The rapper, who had great success with his Skhanda Republic album, told Bonang on her Metro FM show, The Front Row, on Thursday morning: "People who saw that tweet just know that it came from a good place, there was no malice or anything of that nature."
The award-winning rapper congratulated the nominees, adding: "I salute and respect Metro FM for all the support they've given me and my team, and Teargas, and everything else."
He explained that he was hoping for a better result than what he got, though: "But it doesn't matter, you know. We're just gonna continue building... Hip hop is doing some big things..."
