This week can't have been easy for local rapper, KO. You'd think that the man behind one of the biggest hits in the country (Yes we're talking about the awesome jam, Caracara) would be given a little bit of lee-way from fans but that's not how Twitter works unfortunately. You may recall that Twitter went crazy with rumours of the star's AIDS status yesterday and when you think of what sparked the rumours, you can't help but feel a little sorry for the guy. 

A picture, showing KO's new, lean physique led to people speculating whether or not the rapper had AIDS; speculation which continued to trend for much of Thursday and led to his manager slamming users of the social network who were participating in the spreading of the rumour. KO, however, has been quiet as the talk continued to fester, that was up until Thursday afternoon when the rapper decided to set the record straight. 

KO posted the following message on his Instagram account: 

If it wasn't already dead after his manager spoke yesterday, this rumour has most certainly been killed by KO's humble response. Very classy, we must add!
