Remember the review we did on 21-year-old Mlondi and Mbali's wedding? Well sadly, even this time around the young Thabiso proved just like Mlondi to be a cry baby.
The two met when Thabiso was in bad space in his relationship and Roxanne worked as his counsellor. It seems the counselling did more than soothe Thabiso's heart.
The wedding:
So according to Thabiso, the theme for the wedding was 'sailors'. Like really dude, sailors?
He said the whole reasoning behind the theme was that he is the captain and the groom's men are the sailors.
He said:" If I come to them and cry divorce, they should be able to talk me out of it."
My jaw dropped when he said that and it seems I wasn't the only one who was shocked that the guy is already talking divorce even before he walked down the aisle. Even host Tumi Morake told him to not talk about the "D" word on her show. But, on a site note, I don't blame him. It can't be easy marrying someone who is five years your senior. He even said he views Roxanne as a sister and she is like a mentor. Hai no guys, looks like Roxanne will be the one wearing the boots in this marriage.
Moving on to the suit. Sjoe, the suit was so wrong on many levels. Though many on Twitter gave the guy a futt (diss) for choosing to wear a white suit, I didn't really have a problem with the colour. My problem was the design. Hai, no, the suit just looked wrong. I couldn't figure out what he was trying to achieve with the design. I get the whole sailor and captain theme, but honestly, that suit must have been one of the worst suits we have witnessed on OPW.

Anyway, at least Roxanne's dress was pretty.
The decor and venue were quite unique and very nice. The two decided to get married out in the bush, but thanks to the decor people, the place looked great.
I loved the cake. It had two colours to represent the two races that were getting married; black and coloured. I thought that was really creative.
The vows were also quite nice. However, I can't write this review without mentioning the awkward moment when the groom was crying when he saw his bride walking down the aisle.
He cried so much his bestman had to comfort him with a kiss. Yes, a kiss guys. That just set Twitter abuzz, with some saying Thabiso must come out of the closet.

Anyway, we wish Thabiso and Roxanne all the best in their marriage, and we hope Thabiso won't have his fears become a reality, and they will remain happily ever after.
