AKA, Cassper Nyovest and The Soil walked away empty-handed at the BET Awards. The prestigious event was held in Los Angeles on Sunday (28 June), and had some of the world's best entertainers in attendance. 

The Soil and AKA, who were nominated in the Best International Act: Africa category, lost to Ghana's Stonebwoy. The Levels rapper took to Twitter to congratulate him.

Although winning a BET Award would have been awesome for Cassper, he didn't seem too disappointed when he found out that he didn't win.
