What's Hot: Our Perfect Wedding: Big breasts and a lot of money
By Zee Nonjabulo on 04 August 2014 at 06:42 · Comments
Cleavage, Range Rovers and a wedding turned into a strip joint. Those are just some of the things you might have missed out on, on last nights episode of Our Perfect Wedding.

Honestly, what would our Sundays be like without shows like Our Perfect Wedding? Boring probably. Yeah some of us don’t have lives on Sundays.

The honest truth is that for the past three week’s Our Perfect Wedding has given us something to yap about, whether it is disgusting wet kisses, “straight” grooms with suspicious gay tendencies, and brides with downright hideous toes.  There is surely never a dull moment between  6-7pm on Mzansi Magic as we patiently wait for Phumeza’s trademark saying “Siyashadisa namhlanje.” Yes we know how much some of you hate hearing her say that, but the fact still remains that the girl is getting that TV money regardless of how much some of you might not want to hear her tired statement.

So this week the show took us straight back to the Nigerian culture. Nigerian men are slowly but surely becoming regulars on this show we see. Ayeye South African men, what are you going to do about it?  Anyway, this week we got introduced to the bride and groom who have a 17 year difference. Seriously guys, why was everybody shocked at this rather small age gap?  Clearly some of you never heard of late actress Anna Nicole Smith's marriage to an 89 year old fossil at the age of 26.

Back to Our Perfect Wedding, none of us can deny the luscious water melons (breasts) that were inflated all over our TV screens. That bride is blessed with breasts shem. If the groom only married her for her big breasts we wouldn’t be surprised, just as much as we’re convinced that she’s marrying the Oga for his moneh! (Nigerian accent). But in fairness, they’ve been together for almost eight years so it surely is real love. Real love that was showered with a lot of bling-bling from the wedding convoy to the bride’s glaring wedding dress and of course who could forget the Rands and Nairas moment which changed a beautiful wedding ceremony into a strip joint with money being flung all over the show.

We thought the term “making it rain” was an act only performed in clubs and strip joints but clearly Nigerians have a knack of making it rain anywhere.  However that whole throwing money in the air stint was our ultimate cringe effect, the couple could splash money all over the show yet couldn’t make a simple trip to Nigeria to meet the grooms parents? Haai ngalo hlobo sana!

Last but not least we’d like to commend the kissing moment, yet another simple, clean and sweet kiss from the couple; we’re a bit concerned though, all the “perfect kisses” have been from Nigerian couples.  South Africa, does this mean we can’t kiss?  President Zuma needs to make a Kissing State of The Nation Address.

Our Perfect Wedding episodes are never complete without our top favourite tweets, twitterville has absolutely zero chill!
