We all get excited sometimes. Yes, especially when there good news is involved. Unfortunately, sometimes our excitement, if not handled properly, can lead us into tricky situations.

This is exactly what happened to Pearl Modiadie at the Metro FM Music Awards in Durban on Saturday evening. The Zaziwa host, who was interviewing AKA at the event, asked the rapper what he has decided to name his child. AKA, who is expecting his first child with DJ Zinhle, responded with a simple "nah".

This was clearly not the response that Pearl, and the rest of the country were hoping for. And, to make matters worse, AKA took to Twitter to express his disatisfaction with Pearl's question. The All Eyes on Me rapper wrote: "I also want to say that I think it was in bad taste and timing for Pearl to ask me what my child's name is in that post award interview."

But his friend Da Les managed to find humour in the situation. The rapper suggested that baby's would be "ShibabadooShibabu". That really cracked us up. Great way to save the day, North God. What's even greater is that there's no hard feelings between AKA and Pearl.

Pearl tweeted an apology to AKA. She wrote on the social networking site: "No offense was intended @akaworldwide, sorry it came across that way to you.Congrats on your award and all the best going forward!!." AKA's response was "class" and it was accompanied by a heart emoji. Aww... so sweet.

No beef there, guys! At least we hope so!
