Phat Joe has won his Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) case which was filed by his former domestic worker, Nontembiso Vumazonke.
According to TMG Entertainment, Nontembiso's case was dismissed on Friday.
Speaking to the publication, the Metro FM presenter expressed relief. "It’s just a relief. The matter became a serious PR and smear campaign that threatened to overshadow everything but I followed the rules and it’s finally good to have relief."
He also claimed that SA Domestic Service and Allied Workers’ Union (SADSAWU) took advantage of Nontembiso.
"They used her and our situation as a rallying cry. I had a great relationship with her. I even offered to help her find work but after the smear campaign against me it has become difficult to speak to her."
