HospiceWits hosted the very first Night with the Stars Fashion Show on Human Rights Day to provide care for the terminally ill. The highly anticipated event took place on High Street in Melrose Arch shopping centre in Jozi.
SA’s top zalebs took part in the glamorous affair where fashion leant its voice to a great cause on a platform of elegance and celebration in order to make a difference to those facing the trauma of a life threatnening illness.
Says Jan Malan, Producer & Director of the show, “As a fashion show producer, this is my way of giving back to the community, to utilise my craft for the sole benefit of those suffering and in need. The HospiceWits Night of the Stars Charity Benefit is an ideal opportunity for famous South Africans to join hands with the fashion undsutry by coming together on Human Rights Day to offer much needed support.”

One of the highlights of the evening was when controversial zaleb, Kuli Roberts, whopped off her high heels and skipped down the runway. It was unexpected, it was refreshing and oh-so Kuli!
