Radio and television personality Robert Marawa has taken to Twitter to slam Drum magazine.

This comes after the sports presenter was featured in this week's Drum magazine cover. The cover line read: "Robert Marawa pours his heart out about his baby mama drama."

Robert reportedly told the mag that this has been the toughest time of his life. On claims that he makes R300 000 per month, Robert is quoted as saying: "I have never seen that amount in my life."

He added: "But I have decided to ignore all this stuff. I've got two individuals who are fighting me but, in the end, I am going to be vindicated. I have been paying for my child's maintenance from day one. All I can tell you is that I have been there for my son from the moment he was born." 

However, Robert has denied giving the magazine an exclusive. 

Drum editor, Thandi Gweba, responded to Robert's tweet.
