What's Hot: SABC1 says NO to X Factor
By Siyathemba Ben on 13 July 2015 at 15:27 · Comments
The channel has confirmed that the show will not be coming back this year.

Oh no!

SABC1 has confirmed to TVSA that there will be no X Factor SA this year. The channel's Head of Bouquet, Maijang Mpherwane, told the site: "To be sure, the X Factor SA is still of value to the channel. However, we have had to re-assess our broadcast schedule priorities and take a business decision not to include the X Factor in our schedule this year."

Sad news, especially for those who were hoping to launch their music careers through the talent show.

Maybe it will be back next year? We'll keep our fingers crossed.
