Take a bite out of BAR.ONE Manhunt’s dynamic new host
He’s already made a powerful imprint on the local entertainment industry, and now actor and kwaito star Howza is set to raise adrenaline levels and rev up our TV screens as the new host of Nestlé’s BAR.ONE Manhunt which will broadcast exclusively on SABC 1 from Tuesday 30 July 2013 at 21:00.
This high-octane reality television show, which pits contestants against each other in a series of gruelling physical and mental challenges, returns for its third explosive season.
Howza – whose real name is Tshepo Howard Mosese – promises to add even more of an edge to this definitive test of courage, strength, integrity and leadership in the quest to find the ultimate Bar-One Man who takes the rigours of a demanding 25-hour day in his stride.
The multi-talented, charismatic and easy-going 29-year-old actor, musician and presenter is no stranger to our screens and airwaves. A born entertainer, Howza has appeared in television soapies Generations and Backstage, has presented several TV shows and has a successful music career as a Kwaito artist.
The show sets out to find the 360-degree South African man who represents the perfect blend of physical ability and street smarts, of IQ and EQ, of stamina and substance. Howza has already demonstrated that he has all the qualities of a bona fide BAR.ONE Man.
Auditions took place in April and May in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban in a quest to narrow down the field to a selected the final 16 ‘titans” who will be pitting their skills, wits and endurance against each other while facing their fears.
The BAR.ONE Manhunt is being filmed in various enticing secret locations locally and overseas and viewers are in for a treat as the show ramps up the thrill factor several notches – pushing contestants to the very limits of their physical and mental capabilities.
