Watch out world, here comes Bonang!

Mzansi stars are truly making us proud.

These days, we're seeing a lot of celebrities being celebrated and appreciated not only in South Africa, but also on the rest of the continent.

One of those people is Bonang Matheba

On Wednesday, the TV and radio host announced that she's been nominated for a Nigerian Broadcasters' Merit Award in the African Broadcaster of the Year: People's Choice category. Epic, right? Definitely.

In December 2015, the Metro FM radio personality hosted The Future Awards Africa (TFAA) in Lagos, Nigeria, where she rocked three amazing dresses.

It looks like she has a strong network in Nigeria, as she is constantly featured in some of the country's biggest entertainment publications. Now that's big.

Bonang has been open about her plans to expand her brand into the rest of the world and it looks like she's headed in the right direction. In an interview with the Sunday Times, Bonang revealed that she's working on something quite big.

She told the publication: "I am in the final stages of talks to buy the rights to one of the biggest US TV lifestyle shows, it’s exciting coming this far in my career, and in managing my finances – still being able to attract the money and identify ways to expand that income." Hmmm... we wonder what it is?

It was also recently reported that she might be unveiled as the host of E! Africa, which falls under the E! Entertainment family. Does it get any bigger than that?

You really can't hate on Bonang's hustle!
