Don't you just love it when our stars show their generous side? We know we do. After countless requests from her fans, Basetsana Kumalo has finally shared her workout routine.
The media mogul, who has had a noticeable lifestyle change took to Instagram to reveal how she does it. She first shared a picture of herself with her coach, Steve Mululu, who owns Dream Body Fitness in Sunninghill, Johannesburg.
She added: "This gentle giant changed my life and made me believe I could do it. Some days would be better hard than others, but he kept on encouraging me to make better eating choices, to work out and not to DIET! I know for a fact diets don't work. You need an overall lifestyle change."
She also shared a pic of her boxing trainer, Takalani Kwinda. "He is a mean machine and got me hooked on boxing! I generally run in the mornings and box in the evenings before going home. It's the best thing I have done for myself. I decided to be healthy, well and strong because my kids are little and Lord willing I would like to see them graduate, get married etc. The byproduct of that decision is that you lose weight, your clothes fit and you have so much energy."
