The DJ and businesswoman has handed the matter over to her lawyers.

DJ Zinhle will not apologise to Bonang Matheba.

The DJ was given until the close of business on Monday, 14 September, to withdraw her statements about Bonang having an affair with AKA. Through her lawyers, Bonang also demanded Zinhle to apologise on her blog

The letter stated: "Our client has thus instructed us to demand from you, as we hereby do, that you give an undertaking, by no later than the close of business on Monday, September 14 2015, that you you shall refrain from publishing defamatory statements about her. "And that you shall refrain from publishing any statements that may cause harm to her emotional wellbeing."

However, this will not be happening. In a statement released on Monday, Zinhle's spokesperson Nomndeni Mdakhi siad: "DJ Zinhle, her management and PR team met with her legal team on Sunday, 13 September 2015 who advised that no further correspondence shall be entered into regarding this case unless examined and approved by the lawyer preceding over this matter."

On Monday, Zinhle took to Twitter to make light of the situation with her apology #MyPlayListForTheDay tweets. She also threw more shade with her #Before5PM hashtag.
