With his hit single Ngud’ heating up the dancefloors across the country, Kwesta is constantly upping his game not only as a rapper, but also as one of South Africa's leading hip hop pioneers.
As Kwesta’s brand continues to grow he has also announced that he has just officially signed up two up-and-coming rappers under his independent label, Urbantainment.
The two rappers are part of a hip hop duo called TLT, which is made up of Phethego ‘LTech’ Makanyane and Vusi ‘Trouble’ Rantlha.
According to Kwesta’s team, the duo also hails from Kwesta’s hood, Katlehong.

Kwesta has been touring with the duo across the country for the past year as he shows them the ropes of the industry. The Metro FM Awards nominee has already recorded a song with TLT on a track, titled Mnino.
In that song, Kwesta goes on to say “See I come from a platform that was given to me so if I don’t share mine, it don’t make sense.”
Which is true. Nine years ago the rapper was given the same opportunity and platform by Slikour and Shuggasmaxx when he entered the music industry as a hungry rapper determined to make a success of himself.
Hopefully Kwesta will be committed in taking the boys all the way to the top.
