What's Hot: Lawrence Maleka leads Clash of the Choirs

A new presenter for Clash of the Choirs has been announced and we think the ladies will be fairly pleased with the decision.

By now most of us have learned that Bonang Matheba is no longer the official host of Clash of the Choirs. Queen B has now been replaced by a very handsome young fella by the name of Lawrence Maleka.

Now even though Lawrence is no stranger to the television industry, with roles on Isibaya and even a stint on SABC 2’s Powerball, some of us are still getting to know the young entertainment personality, who was even deemed as “the one to watch” by his entertainment peers.

Even Lerato Kganyago dedicated her first and last Man Crush Monday post to him a few months back.

“My first #MCM and last, Lawrence Maleka! Super proud of this being, from Soweto TV, Star Gist, now doing Power Ball, more of a reason for me to keep playing the Lotto…Congratulations kiddo!!!” – She posted.

We don’t blame her, Lawrence is one mighty fine young gentleman:

Lawrence has mentioned his new job title as an exhilarating experience and a testament to his hard work.

"I think my being included in the show this season is testament, to my hard work and perseverance. Working on the show has been exhilarating. I consider myself a professional, so working with such a skilled team has been an absolute pleasure. I’m a big supporter of local talent and therefore support any initiative which bolsters talent, so Clash of the Choirs is a perfect fit for me.” said Lawrence.

Ladies, your thoughts on Clash of the Choir's newest host?
