He may not be acting on SABC 3's Isidingo anymore, but that does not mean Darlington Michaels, aka 'Papa G', has let his acting skills go stale.
According to Sunday Sun, the actor has shifted his acting skills back to the stage with a new play, titled "Who is to blame?". The play focuses on the current social struggles that our youth is battling with at the moment.
According to the publication, Darlington has been working tirelessly with a group of youths and is set to take the play on a tour of the Eastern Cape.
"Working with the youth is my passion, - we know that the youth has lost focus. They do bad things like smoke nyaope. This play has rescued some of them," Darlington said.
He also admitted that some of the parents of the kids were hesitant in letting their children take part in the play, but since watching the show, they are now at ease with the entire idea.
Although he has not appeared on our television screens since leaving Isidingo, Darlington has assured us that he has not hung up his acting boots yet and will return to television should an opportunity become available.
