What's Hot: U-turn alert! Khune returns to Amakhosi
By ZAlebs on 30 July 2015 at 15:23 · Comments
Good(?) news, Kaizer Chiefs fans. Itumeleng Khune is returning to the Absa Premiership champions.

All that fuss for nothing in the end. Like a love-sick puppy returning home with his tail between his legs, Khune is back at Naturena and will be a Chiefs player for the 2015/16 campaign.

Amakhosi confirmed the news on their Google+ account on Thursday afternoon, stating that 'The Club has reached an agreement in principle with goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune and he will be joining us. Some internal procedures still need to take place though and the deal will be 100% finalized.'

So all seems to be forgiven with the goalkeeper? We just wonder what his new contract is looking like now? Remember, he wasn't happy with the money he was offered at the end of last season, and, as a result, caused a few issues, which led to him being given the boot.

Another player who upset Chiefs, Mandla Masango, may also be returning. Details of his contract are still being ironed out, though. 'Mandla Masango's talks with the Club are still ongoing and we will update you,' the club wrote.

What do you think of this, Kaizer Chiefs fans? Are you happy to have Khune back? Does he deserve a new deal given his reported ridiculous demands from a few months ago? Does he deserve your support again? Let us know in the comments section below.
