As hard to believe as that might be, it really does happen. Even a big star like Rihanna, who has millions of fans all over the world, has admitted to being starstruck when meeting Beyonce a few years ago. She apparently couldn't even speak.

We guess Beyonce has that effect on people. We know we'd totally lose if we saw her. Hey, even Kevin Hart couldn't hold his excitement after seeing Beyonce on stage.
