Award-winning singer Zahara has assured her fans that reports about her alleged drinking problem are not true.
This comes after Drum magazine revealed that she was thrown off a flight to Birmingham, England, where she was due to perform. Another source told the that the singer is hardly sober.
“She looks stressed and frustrated and if she doesn’t get help soon things will get worse.”
It was also claimed that some of her friends refer to her home as “the bottle store” because there’s always alcohol. Zahara’s fans, who are worried about her, took to her Facebook page to ask if the reports are true.
Her fan, Yanga Mdlokolo told the singer that the reports they’ve been seeing on the internet don’t make them happy. He asked her if she was really not allowed to get on a flight because she was too drunk. The Loliwe singer repsonded: “Lies…”
Another fan asked the same question and Zahara said: “Those are lies!”
