Well, hello there! The ZAlebs Power Rankings is back for the second edition. Here, we pick five local stars who deserve to be recognised as the best around for the week.
Do you agree with our list below? Would you have chosen someone else? If so, let us know in the comments section at the end of the article.
5 – Tbo Touch
It takes a lot to get over relationship issues, but it appears Tbo Touch is ready to give love another chance. There has been no public shaming or fighting with fiancee Nandi Ganda during this difficult time – which led to the cancellation of their wedding, and now it appears the duo are ready to give their bond another chance at succeeding. Great stuff.
4 – Chomee
You know someone is powerful when they use their influence to open up business ventures! Chomee has done just that with various dance studios across the country. While the locations are yet to be announced, Chomee is winning right now. She is also probably about to dance all the way to the bank.
3 – DJ Zinhle
The mother of Kairo drops down two places this week. Zinhle kept her cool during the recent MTV DJ Battle when shade was thrown at her by the opposition DJs – obviously with regards to AKA and the affair situation. She has also been quite entertaining on Twitter this week, so she keeps her place in the top five. She really is maintaining her image throughout all of this!
2 – Thapelo Mokoena
We have a new host of She’s The One – and it is Thapelo Mokoena. Well done to the actor for replacing Lungile Tshabalala as the main man of the show – we are sure he is going to do a fantastic job.
1 – Boity Thulo
Top spot this week belongs to Boity, who has just launched her partnership with clothing brand Legit. While we have known about this pairing for a while – how could we forget thanks to the whole Cassper dating proposal, it is now officially official. Yeah! Well done, Boity.
