South African rapper, Reason is dabbling in the online radio space with Slikour. The “2 Cups Shakur” hitmaker announced on Twitter that he has partnered up with Slikour On Life to release his first online show Rhymes and Reason.

His first show will be coming out in April and will feature one of South Africa’s top female rappers, Rouge. The launch of the show will dig deeper into Rouge’s rhymes he shared in a video:

“This week I am going to be sitting with one of my favourite rappers in the country her name is Rouge, a phenomenal MC. We are going to be sitting down and having a conversation about her rhymes.”

The rapper did share that one cannot have a genuine conversation about a rappers Rhymes without getting their fans involved. He then called out all Rouge's fans to upload a video of them rapping along to one of her songs and they could stand a chance to ask the rapper a question on the live show.

"There is no way we can talk to rappers about their rhymes without talking to their fans. So, to all the Rouge fans out there post a video of yourself any one of Rouge’s lines and ask your question.”

Fans should upload the video on Twitter under the hashtag Rhymes and Reason.

This is not the first time that Reason has been on Slikour On Life, the rapper has also been featured in Stogie T's show Behind the Bars which breaks down the meaning of fans favourite rap songs.

Slikour On Life continues to give a platform to South African Urban Culture and we are excited to see that Reason’s new show will give rappers a space to voice themselves and connect them with their fans.
