But it turned out be a false alarm and Bonang has a very simple explanation for it…
She told The Breakfast Club hosts Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy that the ring was meant to ward off unwanted male attention.
“It’s called stop nonsense,” Bonang told the confused crew.
Bonang then went on to hilariously explain the term: “In South Africa a barricade that fences your house is called a stop nonsense, so this ring is a stop nonsense!”

Bonang also touched on her love life in very vague terms. Asked when is she going to have children, Bonang answered: “When you find a nice guy.”
She also added: “Men are very strange,” when pressed for details about who she would be willing to date.
Wait, we’re confused…is Bonang single now or does she just want to ‘stop nonsense’ talks about her love-life?
