It's been three months since The Queen actress, Dineo and rapper Solo said their "I do's" in an intimate traditional ceremony in Lanseria.
Although the couple kept everything under wraps, they have finally given their fans a peak into their lavish wedding ceremony with the September issue of True Love magazine.
According to TshisaLive, the couple spilled the tea on their love story and Ubungoma- as they both have an ancestral calling.
“A message was conveyed to me through a dream, saying we first had to get our ancestors acquainted with each other. This would, in turn, help them co-exist peacefully going forward,” Solo was quoted saying on True Love magazine.
The couple stressed the importance of honouring their ancestors and their roots, which is why they followed customary law. The rapper sent a delegation to the Moeketsi home to negotiate ilobolo for their daughter.
“This time last year, I had sent a delegation to negotiate amalobola. I had also gone through an initiation. I rounded off the year, focusing on my family and tradition. At 30 years old, my priorities are different,” he continued.
While they are yet to have their white wedding, the Langas have partnered with Mzansi Magic to produce a three-part wedding documentary titled KwakuhleKwethu because they cannot leave their fans out!
