The two Limpopo-born artists made their relationship official in February of this year, following much speculation about their romance.
On Master KG’s birthday, his lover, Makhadzi, wrote him a heartfelt post which read “When you are lucky to have the best man in the world whom you love and who loves you in return, it becomes a sin to ask more from God. Happy birthday, my love @masterkgsa.”

Makhadzi’s post confirmed what many of their fans had speculated for months. It has been reported that the lovebirds have been seeing each other for years prior to letting Mzansi into their love life. Since then, the two have been very much open about their romance and we’re not complaining,
One of the things we really admire about this couple is how they’ve got each other’s backs – they are constantly rooting for one another.
Outside of their relationship, they’re doing extremely well in their respective careers. Since the year began they’ve been breaking records right and centre.
At the recent DSTV Mzansi Viewers, Choice Awards Makhadzi gave a world-class performance that earned her praises from viewers across the continent, as well as established rapper Cassper Nyovest.
Master KG has also been having a run of his own. His hit-single Jerusalema has been living comfortably on the music charts. It is currently sitting on over 30 million YouTube views, making it one of the most-viewed South African music videos ever. He also managed to get multi-award-winning Nigerian superstar Burna Boy on the remix.
The future looks really bright for this young couple.
