And to commemorate the special occasion, we're celebrating 6 LGBTQ celebrity couples who are hopelessly in love and living their best lives!

Together, they're raising awareness that being in a same-sex relationship is perfectly acceptable and totally worthy.

She previously told The Sowetan; "In this relationship, we can be ourselves and show love to each other however we want. We hold hands in public, we kiss and we don't have to be apologetic about it," she said.
