Whilst many women her age are in a rush to get married, actress, Sibulele is way too chilled to be rushing into marriage.
The actress, who is a mother of two girls, a 21-year-old and a 3-year-old has expressed that she is a proud single mom who is in no rush to get married.
In her interview with Move! magazine the 37-year-old actress expressed how her views of parenting and marriage are totally differant from most people’s views.
” This may sound controversial, but I don’t believe every woman my age should get married or rush themselves to raise their kids with a significant other. Whenever I share this with people I am always frowned upon.
But fortunately my family has learned to live with my choices and they are okay with it. I know some married people who live like single parents, therefore I don’t see the need to be forced to follow a culture which sometimes doesn’t fit in with today’s lifestyle.” Said the actress.
Quite interesting considering how some women absolutely can’t wait to get married.
Sibulele has given us a different perspective when it comes to being a single parent.
