Local celebrities including Lootlove, Lerato Mvelase, Keke Mphuthi but to name a few have congratulated him on their newborn.
Gumede is the second celebrity to welcome a bundle of joy over the last couple of days.
Gumede first announced on the 19th of May that they were pregnant with their first child in an emotional Instagram post, writing in part, “I remember clearly the day I found out about you. Your mother looked at me and said “I’m pregnant” and then proceeded to cry. I understood it was tears of joy, anxiety, excitement, disbelief, love and the small realization that life will never be the same again.”
Zola had taken to social media earlier this week and revealed that their baby boy’s name is Cebelihle.
This has been a good week for the actor, he also revealed that his part of BET Africa’s much-anticipated forthcoming series – iSono. The series boasts a star-studded cast which includes Rami Chuene, Nthati Moshes but to name a few.
Congratulations once more to Thomas Gumede.
