Remember Zodwa? The dramatic addition to Nicholas’ life and the overall reason for the end of his relationship with Akhona. Well, that role was played by actress Xoli Zondi who got married this past weekend.
In an interview with Wedding Anthem, the Hammersdale native shared her thoughts on marriage and it’s place in modern relationships.
“It’s a matter of not rushing into it and having the right motives. I believe that love should be the foundation of every marriage and not money or anything materialistic.”
She has a daughter who she fell pregnant with at age 16 but her daughter was raised by her ex-boyfriend’s mother for a while as she studied. She has since moved on to a new relationship which was cemented this past weekend.
Her friends and former Greed & Desire co-stars Nthathi Moshesh and Mo Setumo were in attendance.
She looked extremely happy.
And her friends looked just as happy for her.
