If there is one artist who needs to be commended for putting his fans first, it has to be Sjava.
When the musician was faced with the 'crisis' of sold out tickets for his upcoming One Night Only show, he and his team worked to ensure that a quick resolution to the problem was found. Many fans were livid that they never even got the chance to purchase tickets because they had not been paid yet.
A number of fans complained that they only get paid on the 15th, 25th and the 31st of the month, hence they did not have money to purchase them.
In order to fix the problem, the Seasons musician announced that a second show was going to be added which would take place on the 1st of March 2020. Much to fans' excitement, tickets released and quickly sold like hotcakes again.
"This is a huge problem. There are only 1200 tickets left and the month has not even ended." he tweeted.
Listening to their cries and complaints, he decided to bring ticket sales at Computicket to a halt. They will resume on the 1st of February.
Announcing the news he tweeted; "Good day guys, we have taken the decision to put ticket sales on hold so that the people who get paid at the end of the month will be able to purchase them. It is not fair on them as they are also eager to attend the show. To all those that will not be happy about this decision, I am sorry please forgive me."
A Night With Sjava will be taking place at the iNkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre (ICC). The first show will be on the 29th of February and the second show will be on March 1st.
