Talk about a busy week! The cast of Clifton Shores barely got any sleep…phew! It was a long week but definitely one filled with many giggles, smiles and memories….lets just say there is never a dull moment with Kathy around!

We started with media launch with a media day in JHB last Friday where we were pampered and had cocktails while we enjoyed a sit down intro with a few media.

Last Saturday was definitely a girly day, where we all went to Midori salon in Sandton to get our hair and make-up done. Then we were off to the official launch in JHB at Movida where we had to introduce ourselves on stage, partied with Poppy Ntshongwana, and danced on all the furniture – as we do.

Monday we were interviewed to the 5FM by Gareth Cliff, then interviewed by TV Plus, and finally finished off the day with Jason Von Berg from Vuzu.co.za.

Tuesday included Jacaranda, and 2OceansVibe with Bailey Schneider and of course the premier at the Bioscope in JHB CBD where we all watched the first episode together.

Friday we were hosted in the Primedia offices where we were interviewed on KFM and Cape Talk, as well as a press conference (my first ever!) with about 20 media facing us asking questions. We finally ended of that day with News24.

Saturday was of course the official Cape Town launch at The Reserve and once again we were on the furniture with our shoes off having a good time!

I didn’t get to catch pics or footage from everything but all I can say is between running late – as usual, and Kathy eating – as usual, the giggles that echoed through the house while locking someone in the lift for fun, were somewhat entertaining and energising…even at 4am.
