My feel good song of the week

‘Hoobastank  – From the heart’

You may think it’s a strange song to have as a feel good song, but I am all about lyrics. If you listen to this song it’s about people with dreams, and  even though they have been brought down they are still willing to get up and rebuild them even. If you are feeling doubtful for whatever reason, this is a really inspiring song to listen to!

My hair-raising song of the week:

‘Luther Vandross and Mariah Carey– Endless Love’

Okay, so I know at this point half of you are laughing at me and the other half are starting to doubt my taste in music…but everyone is allowed their guilty pleasure and this is one of mine! I’m not very romantic, but Luther Vandross’s voice appeals to the tiny bit of romance and girlyness inside of me. I love the combination of the two voices together.

‘Avicii – Levels’

This video is AWESOME! Almost anyone can relate to it. Remember all those times you stood in front of your mirror in your room listening to music with the door closed using a hairbrush for a microphone? Before you know it, you are jumping around your room just letting go….until your mom walks in and thinks you are totally mad! But, by the time she has walked out it’s with a smile and a spring in her step because your energy is infectious! This is pretty much what this video is about and I love it!
