Dynaspro, 433 Academy Launch Education and Football Pathway for Nigerians

Dynaspro Sports Promotion has entered a development partnership with the U.K.-based 433 Football Academy aimed at creating academic and sporting routes for emerging Nigerian footballers.

The programme will pair high-level football instruction from UEFA-licensed coaches with diploma-level education for players aged 16 and above. Founded and led by chief executive Kevin Scott, 433 Football Academy has bases in Stoke-on-Trent and London.

As part of the agreement, Dynaspro recently took 12 players to the United Kingdom for a two-week training and assessment visit. Four impressed enough to remain for an additional four-week programme, while three earned trial opportunities with English club Barnet FC.

Dynaspro chief executive Oluseyi Oyebode said the relationship would extend beyond players, with Nigerian coaches also set to benefit from exchange opportunities in the U.K.

Oyebode described 433 as different from the larger academies with which Dynaspro has previously worked, praising its enthusiasm for helping ordinary players progress. He said three Dynaspro students securing Barnet trials was a landmark moment in recent memory and described the experience as outstanding.

He added that 433 does not simply release players after identifying them, but continues to support them and build further opportunities. Oyebode also highlighted Scott’s strong record in player development.

“Our partnerships are never focused only on footballers,” Oyebode said. “We also send coaches to work with our partners in the U.K. From what we have seen here, this arrangement will improve the quality and increase the value of many of our coaches.”

Scott expressed similar satisfaction with the Nigerian contingent, particularly their discipline and approach to learning. He said the academy’s standard had been encouraging, describing the players’ performances and attitudes as excellent and noting that their desire to learn was the most important quality.

Scott acknowledged that the players require further technical refinement because of the coaching exposure available to them so far, but praised their athletic ability and respect for their coaches. He called the programme an exceptional opportunity and said he believed at least one of the players could secure a move abroad.

He added that 433 regularly identifies promising young players and looks forward to raising the group’s level through its work with Dynaspro.

The partnership represents a fresh phase in the development of Nigerian football, bringing together structure, education and access to new opportunities. Both organisations aim to prepare young players not only for advancement on the field but also for stable, sustainable careers beyond it.

The progress of the programme has already produced a clear result: of the 12 players who travelled to 433 in the U.K. this summer for the two-week training and trial experience, four were selected to continue in a longer four-week placement, reinforcing the practical impact of the Dynaspro-433 collaboration.
