The Nigeria National League (NNL) has approved the promotion of eight clubs for the 2026-27 campaign.
Dekkal Khairu FC, Mighty Jets Feeders, Neurospark FC and DMD FC are among the teams moving up from the Nigeria Nationwide League One (NLO). They will be joined by Right-2-Win FC, OYC FC, Junior Danburam FC and Ikorodu City FA.
The clubs are scheduled to be formally admitted into the NNL at the league’s 17th Annual General Meeting in Owerri, which was held yesterday. NNL chairman George Aluo welcomed their arrival and called on each side to respect the competition’s regulations.
Aluo said the league was pleased to receive the promoted teams from the NLO, adding that they were expected to uphold its principles of order, discipline and responsible conduct.
