
Super Eagles midfielder Kelechi Nwakali has left Barnsley after falling out of favour at the English League One club.
The 28-year-old ended his Barnsley contract by mutual agreement and is set to continue his career with Cypriot side Omonoia 29M.

Across his Barnsley spell, Nwakali featured 30 times. Twelve of those appearances came as league starts during the 2024/2025 season.
