
The Nigeria National League (NNL) is set to stage its 17th Annual General Meeting on Friday, August 21, at Rockview Hotel, located near the Government House in Owerri, the Imo State capital.
Delegates and senior football officials are due in the city on Thursday, August 20, while their return journeys are planned for Saturday, August 22.
Imo State Governor Senator Hope Uzodinma will formally declare the gathering open. Among the prominent figures expected to attend are Nigeria Football Federation President Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau and club chairmen representing teams from around the country.
The league board said the meeting will assess the NNL’s previous activities and address key matters, including deciding when the next season will begin.
