Onuachu and Nwaiwu Named as Trabzonspor Begin Austria Pre-Season Camp

Trabzonspor have invited Nigerian duo Paul Onuachu and Chibuike Nwaiwu to join their pre-season preparations, naming both players for a training camp in Austria ahead of the start of the new Turkish Super Lig campaign.

  1. Trabzonspor’s camp in Austria will include matches against German side Eintracht Frankfurt, Qatar’s Al Sadd, and Serie A outfit Udinese.

Onuachu, a recent focus of transfer speculation, has been connected with Turkish rivals including Fenerbahce and Besiktas, as well as interest from a club in Saudi Arabia.

Nwaiwu has meanwhile been reported to be nearing a move to Fulham, with the switch expected to land him in the Premier League.

The Turkish Super Lig season is set to begin on August 14.
