International Pairs’ global significance
The International Pairs is widely regarded as the world’s largest amateur pairs golf tournament. The competition was founded in England in 1998 and has grown into a major pathway for club golfers across countries.
For this edition, the championship offers everyday club players who hold an official handicap the chance to compete at a high level, represent their country by wearing national colors, and take their place on the global stage—this time with the World Final in Tenerife as the destination.
