Love Island SA has probably lost a handful of potential viewers following their deliberate exclusion of black people as their contestants. Many have accused the show for lacking in diversity and technical glitches. Hosted by Leandie du Randt, the contestants are mostly white. People have since renamed it Love Island Orania and have unfortunately lost a sponsor, Lotto Star.
M-Net, which air the show, have since apologised.
