Rockville’s Ayanda Thabethe is Legit’s new brand ambassador

BET A-List presenter and model-turned-actress, Ayanda
Thabethe, has joined the LEGiT family for a Limited Edition summer range. She
is now part of a long list of celebrity collaborators including the likes of
Boity Thulo, Bonang Matheba, Dineo Ranaka and Lalla HIrayama. 

This will not be Thabethe’s first foray into fashion as she
was announced as the face of Khosi Nkosi’s autumn collection earlier this year.

Legit described Thabethe as “the perfect balance
of strong, confident and warm and disarming with her radiant smile” who “encompasses
the go getter attitude that is an inspiration to many South African women.”

“As a brand, we are excited to collaborate with Ayanda Thabethe for the Limited Edition range. Our collaborations are about finding great synergies,” said LEGiT Brand Manager, Ocean Ngobeni in a statement.  

LEGiT  promises to make summer even hotter with a collection that includes a total of three capsules within the collection; the festival shop, the holiday shop and the party shop.

“The diversity in the fashion will ensure that every customer finds an item or ten that suits her personal style perfectly with much of the brand focus being on redesigning and ensuring that the range is home grown and relates directly to our customers” said LEGiT Head Buyer, Bongi Marabe.

Former LEGiT collaborator Boity Thulo was very fond of actually wearing the clothes she helped design as part of her range so we look forward to seeing if Thabethe will do the same as she embarks on her journey as a BET A-List presenter alongside Nandi Madida.
