At barely 30 years of age, King Monada who only rose to fame a couple of years ago is
already balling with the big boys and living life to the fullest.
In November 2021, the talented musician unveiled his beautiful
house which is located in his hometown Ga-Mokgoloboto Village, in Tzaneen, Mopani
district municipality, Limpopo and in March 2022, he held a one of a kind housewarming
party.
Explaining his reason for deciding to build his house in his hometown, King Monada revealed
that he wanted his children to grow up near his parents and bond with the family. How sweet
is that?
Makhadzi’s house

Another Limpopo-born musician who has taken the music industry by storm with her powerful
vocals and dance moves is Makhadzi,
the African Queen.
After building both of her parents' houses, Makhadzi also built herself a grand house in
one of the leafy suburbs in Johannesburg.

house is estimated to have cost about R4 million, which she revealed that she did
not owe anybody. It’s a fully furnished modern house with a swimming pool and plenty of
rooms.

Like King Monada and Makhadzi, Kgaogelo Moagi aka
Master KG is also a successful musician from Limpopo who has built a beautiful
house.

KG’s double-storey house is reportedly located in the suburbs of Midrand,
Johannesburg in Gauteng.
Like King Monada, Master KG also has a taste for fast, expensive cars and owns several cars
including a Ferrari FF, and a Volkswagen Golf 7 R.
