Earlier this week we reported that DJ Black Coffee is set to work with US singer, Alicia Keys – and the offering is finally here!
The South African DJ was featured in the remix package for Alicia’s song, In Common.
The Remix EP , which features several remixes of the track, was released globally on Friday, and once again Black Coffee has done the country proud.
Music critics and fans are raving about the 40-year-old’s work on the EP.

Black Coffee, who is currently in KwaZulu-Natal for the Durban July weekend festivities, is equally excited about the offering.
He took to Instagram to talk about the remix – his soundtrack to Durban.
“Such a great Honour to be included in this Remix Package @aliciakeys @therealswizzz bringing South African Sound to the World Mbaqanga Style,” he said.
Here’s what people had to say about the song, which is available on iTunes, on Twitter.
