Boitumelo Thulo, more popularly known as Boity, is no stranger to the entertainment industry. The media personality, businesswoman, actress, rapper, and model from Potchefstroom in the North West, has become a household name.
The hitmaker has made substantial contributions to the entertainment and music industry in Mzansi and as a result, was named one of Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 in 2019.
In addition to being featured in the Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 list, the businesswoman has a heavy belt of accomplishments to her name and there is no slowing her down. If there is any celeb in Mzansi who knows how to secure the bag, it is definitely Boity.

Back in 2016 in celebration of her 26th birthday, the media personality took to her social media with pictures of herself standing in front of a mansion holding a sign written ‘SOLD’. The picture had the following caption:
“Never in my wildest‚ most far-fetched dreams did I ever think that God would do more for me than what I prayed for. I am constantly left gobsmacked at how God continues to show off His love through my life. This wasn’t a part of the plan, but here I am, able to gift myself a house at the age of 26. I am in complete awe. To God be the glory.”
The first of Boity Thulo’s houses is located in one of South Africa’s most affluent suburban neighborhoods. The house she posted can be found in the Midstream Ridge Estate in Centurion.

At the time of her 26th birthday, the media personality had a good job and was a co-host on the music show Club 808 on E.tv, as well as the co-host of the MTV show Ridiculousness Africa with Thomas Gumede and Nigerian comedian Basketmouth. She was also earning from her different brand partnerships and deal endorsements.
Six years after buying her first house, Boity Thulo surprised us yet again when she announced on her 32nd birthday that she had purchased her second house.
Taking to Instagram yet again, Boity shared a picture of herself outside a beautiful giant mansion with the caption:
"The perfect birthday gift from my underground gang to me!"
The second of Boity Thulo's house is painted in cool grey colours and sits on a spacious compound.

Since it was only recently purchased, details about Boity's new house's location and price have not yet been revealed but from the looks it, we can confidently say that it is worth millions.

Just a few months after her big announcement and purchase of her first house, speculations began to circulate on social media that the house had been repossessed and was being auctioned, leaving many with more questions than answers.
Boity quickly took to her socials and rubbished the rumors attributing them to jealousy.
A few netizens even went as far as claiming that fellow rapper and ex-boyfriend Cassper Nyovest bought Boity the house, rumors that Cassper quickly shut down.

Although we cannot confirm whether the media personality bought a house for her mother, Boity surprised her mother with an upgraded version of her dream car worth R 1 million for her birthday.
