It’s becoming more difficult now to admit that you’ve had some work done because of how natural looks are being embraced even more in almost every industry.

The wheels are turning slowly but surely and people are starting to embrace all kinds of beauty. We’ve seen many international stars alter their looks in the hopes of keeping their youthful appearance, the same can be said with some of our own celebrities who have undergone various cosmetic surgery treatments like medical skin lightening processes.

We guess it’s true what they say, everything can be bought, even beauty. Money does change people and some of the changes we see are physical.

Let’s take a look at the physical transformations of our very own celebs.

Khanyi Mbau: Breast implants, intravenous skin lightening, dental work and eyebrow lift/fillers.

Mshoza: Nose job, breast implants, tummy tuck, lip fillers and intravenous skin lightening.

Bonang Matheba: intravenous skin lightening and liposculpting.

Pam Andrews – breast augmentation and rhinoplasty

KB Motsilanyane – breast reduction

Dineo Moeketsi – a special laser treatment to melt fat in stubborn areas (that are immune to physical exercise)

Connie Ferguson – breast augmentation and rhinoplasty (nose job)
