Ahead of his much anticipated Fill Up Mmabatho Stadium music concert, rapper Cassper Nyovest has just revealed to laying his aunt to rest today. Although he has managed to keep mum about the ordeal, finally the Tito Mboweni hit-maker breaks his silence.

Taking to Twitter, Cassper Nyovest has shared the tragic passing of his beloved aunt to cancer. Nyovest has managed to keep mum about the death in the family and only today as they were laying his aunt to rest, he shares with his friends, fans and followers.

"Laid my favourite aunt to rest today. Life is going by a bit faster than I thought it would. There is no time. Rest is peace Zo. I cried like a baby today. I love you soooo soooo much and FUCK CANCER!!!!" wrote Cassper Nyovest
Although this is the first time Cassper Nyovest is speaking about the tragic passing of his dear aunt from cancer. Nyovest has shared some of his the memories he shared with his aunt and the light she brought with her to every room.

"Fifingos wa mamane!!!! You lived a 1000 lives in 1!!!! I’m so glad we spent Christmas together. You were always the light in the room. I never thought you would leave this life so soon but I want you to rest Zo. I love you and I will carry the memories and lessons with me. RIP" wrote Cassper Nyovest
Although the funeral was today, however condolences messages continues to pour in on Twitter or him and his entire family.

Going back home this week that has really had the superstar in tough with his feelings. As he continues to appreciate the time he has managed to spend with his childhood friends as well as family as they gathered together to lay their beloved aunt to rest.

"Spending time with family and childhood friends can really center you. The reset is a calm you can’t replace. It always reminds me of where I come from & how tangible everything was. It makes me appreciate what I was able to accomplish in life. God is good! He carried me through" wrote Cassper Nyovest
