DJ Maphorisa, aka Lord Phori or Madumane, is one of the most successful deejays in South Africa who has made millions and won awards thanks to his talent as a producer and a deejay as well as his businesses.

When he is not busy spinning decks, DJ Maphorisa loves spinning cars and it is clear that he has a big appetite for cars and in particular Mercedes Benz and BMWs.

Here is a look at a few of DJ Maphorisa’s cars that prove that he is the king of German machines- both modern and vintage. 

One of DJ Maphorisa’s cars is a Mercedes Benz AMG C63 which is estimated to cost over R1 million.

This powerful German machine is powered by a 3982 CC, 4.0-litre twin-turbo eight-cylinder V8 engine and produces 469 or 503 horsepower based on the model.

Another powerful machine that’s among DJ Maphorisa’s car collection is a Mercedes Benz V Class which goes for about R 1.2 million based on the market rates.

The Mercedes Benz V Class is a luxury minivan that combines generous spaciousness with high-quality materials and manufacturing and the result is a modern-looking and highly appealing sleek and comfortable vehicle.

It runs on a 4-cylinder diesel engine that generates 237 horsepower and has 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission.

Another one of DJ Maphorisa’s cars is a beautiful blue BMW M4 which is estimated to cost around R 1.5 million based on the current market rates.

The BMW M4 runs on a fiery 3.0-litre BMW M twin-turbo inline-six engine that makes 473 horsepower. Some of the other impressive features that the BMW M4 has include non-run-flat tires and non-metallic paint. 

A BMW 325i is also one of DJ Maphorisa’s cars that he loves. This sedan is a Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) that runs on an Inline 6, Petrol engine and makes 215 hp @ 6,250 rpm.

According to the recommended retail prices, a new BMW 325i goes for about R 1.3 million 

In addition to his luxury fleet of cars, DJ Maphorisa also lives in a mansion that is fit for a king. He reportedly lives in a beautiful two-storied mansion in Midrands, Johannesburg that is worth millions.

Lord Phori has several revenue streams that have helped him amass a net worth of about R 32 million.

To begin with, DJ Maphorisa is one of the highest-paid artists in the country. He often performs all over the country and overseas and he reportedly charges about R 65,000 booking fee per event. 

In addition to that, Madumane is also an established businessman with investments in the music industry where he owns a record label called Blaqboy Music. He has also invested in the food industry and owns a fast food restaurant in Midrand called Under The Bridge.

DJ Maphorisa found himself in the middle of a catfight between two young influencers in 2020. Cyan Boujee started the catfight by claiming DJ Maphorisa as her boyfriend and launching a verbal missile at another young woman named Beverly Tlhako, whom she accused of having an affair with DJ Maphorisa. While the verbal war raged on, Lord Phori, as usual, ignored the whole thing.
